Canadore’s Athletics Department is organizing a Party in Pink Zumbathon tomorrow in support of the Zumba® Global Research Grant for Breast Cancer Prevention.
This local charity event is part of a worldwide effort to save millions of lives internationally by finding a safe, low-cost, highly-accessible solution to help prevent breast cancer.
The two-hour event will be led by certified Zumba® instructor Christine MacNeil and assisted by Canadore Leadership and Program Planning students.
Over 75% of every ticket’s proceeds go directly toward breast cancer prevention research. This year’s global goal is $1 million USD.
